Our Practice operates from Arcare Lisarow The Orchards, 15 The Ridgeway, Lisarow NSW 2250
Our office hours are as follows:
Mondays – 10am – 5pm GP appointments available
Tuesdays – 9am – 2:30pm Nurse available
Wednesdays – clinic closed. Afterhours support available for RACF residents
Thursdays – 9am – 2:30pm Nurse available
Fridays – 10am – 5pm GP appointments available
Saturdays – 11am – 6pm GP appointments available
Sundays – clinic closed. Afterhours support available for RACF residents
Public Holidays – variable. Please contact reception if you have a specific enquiry.
If you cannot reach us on (02) 7227 2033 please leave a message and we will endeavour to return your call within 3 business days. Alternatively email reception@boothysmedical.com
For urgent medical attention please call ‘000’ or attend an Urgent Care Clinic near you.
Feedback/Complaints
You can submit written feedback, complaints or compliments to reception@boothysmedical.com
If you feel we have been unable to resolve a particular issue, please feel free to speak with your doctor or nurse. This practice has a process to ensure that complaints are followed through appropriately.

Management of your Personal Health Information & Confidentiality
Your medical records are confidential.
It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff, or a nominated next of kin if clinically required.

The clinic does prefer a “clinic to clinic” transfer, however exceptions can be made.
To access a copy of your medical files, we require a written request to your treating doctor to be sent to reception@boothysmedical.com
